I haven't had a driver's license in 33 YEARS. I did everything they required me to do, 23 years ago, to get it restored and they refused to restore it. Then, in 2014, I paid Kyle Legel to get my license restored, but all he got me was life-raped by Chris Seager of Catholic Human Services, who violated Federal HIPAA laws with an illegal diagnosis of "marijuana dependency" when my CLEAN drug screen (scientific FACT) disputed it, and "Hearing Officer" Odrobina of the MI Secretary of State, who denied that specific and pertinent scientific fact (the clean drug screen) to co-participate in Seager's life-rape.
I want to sue the above mentioned parties for psychological damages, emotional distress, loss of income (I had driving jobs lined-up), and reckless endangerment for every time I must walk when I should be driving...That'd be multiple counts of reckless endangerment, because I'm forced (by those terrorists) to walk, every day. I want them to pay for this ongoing life rape. I want to sue Michigan Secretary Of State and the current DAAD for $23-million (1 per year since I should've been restored the 1st time I tried to get it back)......I'm being emotionally damaged by this ongoing life-rape being perpetuated by Michigan terrorists posing as government.
Remember Terri Lynn Land's incompetence when you consider Hillary Clinton as a candidate...Women in authority and power are terrorists, obviously, or I'd be driving, working a driving job, and off of SSI by now...I need a Circuit Court ruling that overthrows the Secretary of State's illegal ongoing revocation...Until that happens, I'll always regard women (especially the white ones) as too feeble-minded to be trusted with power and authority...I've yet to see a woman in power do what she's supposed to do...I doubt I ever will.
Michigan lawmakers need to impose limits on how long a driver's license can be suspended...Someone needs to take the power out of those terrorists' hands.
They denied me a fair and impartial hearing and denied my driver's license restoration based on my WORDS out of my mouth (my religious beliefs) and my possession of a medical marijuana card! They did NOT base their decision on my USAGE, at all! My drug screen was CLEAN and the "hearing officer" refused to acknowledge it and refused to consider it in her decision. What they did to me was ILLEGAL...It's like telling you that you can't drive because the doctor gave you a prescription for pain pills...It's Federal HIPAA law violations and therefore RIGHTS violations being perpetuated against me, ongoing, multiple counts, every single day.
This is why we need immediate legislation passed. I'd like to drive, legally, as an adult before I die.
